1. Product Description:
Cold Forming Elbow Machine is different from the Hot Forming Mandrel Elbow Machine which is belong to the cold forming process so Cold Bending Elbow Machine need to do the heat treatment when the elbow is formed form the Cold Pushing Elbow Machine . While for the Hot Forming Elbow Machine ,we don’t need to do the heat treatment because from the process of the Induction Heating Elbow Machine ,we have already heated the Butt Welded Elbow arounf 700-800 degrees so it is no need to do the heat treatment again . For the Cold Forming Elbow Machine we also should do pickling which is good for protect the surface of the Butt Welded Elbow.
